Before purchasing any of my programs, it’s important to acknowledge that no online program can replace the value of an in-person coach. A coach provides real-time guidance, personalized coaching cues, and motivation that simply can’t be replicated virtually. If you have access to an in-person coach and feel that would best suit your needs, that would always be my recommendation. However, I recognize that many athletes may not require or have access to an in-person coach, and that’s where the programs here come in.
These programs are designed for individuals with prior strength training experience, a basic understanding of strength and conditioning principles, and a baseline level of fitness. Participants should already be familiar with exercise movements, capable of handling training intensity, volume, and frequency, and have well-established hydration and nutrition habits, recovery practices, and mobility protocols to support their progress.
While these programs include some guidance, they do not and cannot offer the same level of customization and feedback you’d get with individualized coaching. For those seeking more personalized support, virtual one-on-one coaching and custom strength programming are available. While they are not equivalent to in-person coaching, these options provide a higher level of customization and guidance to help you attain your goals. Additionally, before starting any of my strength training programs, I recommend (though not absolutely necessary) updating your 1RMs or 3RMs for key lifts relevant to your chosen program. Having these numbers can aid in maximizing the effectiveness of your training and achieving the best possible results.
